Alan Baugh, President  As a mortgage loan originator for over 15 years, Alan's knowledge of residential lending is unsurpassed, and he has personally originated over $200 billion in residential mortgages.  Alan has traveled throughout the U.S. teaching seminars on real estate finance and, in addition to loan origination, buys all types of real estate notes.  He is a member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, the local, state, and national Homebuilders Associations.  Alan attended Wichita State University in Kansas.  License 93.

Kristine Baugh, Vice President  Kristine's experience in public relations lends itself well to the diversity of the Texas real estate industry, and she is licensed as a real estate broker and mortgage loan officer.  She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Youngstown State University in Ohio.  In 2007, the Greenville Avenue Area Business Association elected Kristine as its board secretary.  She also serves on the boards of several parent organizations with the Richardson Independent School District.  Professional memberships include: Texas Mortgage Bankers Association; MetroTex Realtors Association; Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.
